Biography of artist
THANH CHUONG
- 1949: Born in Bac Ninh Province (19/1/1949)
- 1960: Entered the Hanoi Fine Art College
- 1974: Worked as the painter, illustrator for Thong Nhat journal
- 1975: Up to now, Work as main painter for Van Nghe weekly, the only weekly journal of Art and Literature of Viet Nam
- Ever since he started drawing at age 6, Thanh Chuong’s passion and special talent have been recognized with countless awards.

- 1956: The fist work Alluber cock- good prize in painting competition of international children, England.
- 1973: The third prize of Ha Noi painting exhibition.
- 1974: Exhibition of illustration for Publications in Ha Noi
- 1985: National painting exhibition in Ha Noi
- 1987: Ha Noi artist Group painting Exhibition
- 1988: Ha Noi artist painting Exhibition – Hanoi Fine Art museum
