We deliver original paintings from Hanoi to collectors worldwide. Every shipment is professionally packed and fully insured, and our team will give you a detailed estimate of cost and timing before you buy.

Packing

• Lacquer paintings — the surface is protected with soft wrapping, the panel is fitted into a timber frame and boxed in double-wall carton.
• Oil paintings — small and medium works can travel rolled in a tube; larger works, or works you want ready to hang, are shipped stretched and crated. You can choose rolled or stretched when you order.

Delivery

• We ship worldwide with FedEx, insured for the full value of the work.
• You receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel is collected.
• Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method; we confirm the expected timeline with your quote.

Customs and import duties

We prepare the Vietnamese export documents and include the commercial invoice, certificate of origin and Certificate of Authenticity with every shipment. Import duties and taxes depend on the destination country and are charged there; many countries apply reduced or no duty to original works of art, and we are happy to advise for your country before you buy.

If something goes wrong

If a work is damaged in transit, we handle the insurance claim and arrange a replacement or a full refund. Please photograph the parcel and the painting on arrival and contact us within a few days.
