By using hanoi-artgallery.com or buying a work from Hanoi Art Gallery, you agree to the terms below.

Artworks and availability

Every painting is unique and may also be sold at the gallery. A work is only reserved for you once we have confirmed availability and sent your invoice. We describe each work as accurately as we can, but colours on screen can differ from the painting itself; ask us for more photographs or a video call before you buy.

Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include shipping, which is quoted separately. Import duties and taxes in the destination country, if any, are paid by the buyer.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when payment is received as set out in our Payment Information. Commissions require a 50% deposit, with the balance due on completion.

Shipping and damage

Shipping and insurance are described in our International Shipping page. If a work is damaged in transit, we arrange a replacement or a full refund through the insurance.

Images and content

All images of artworks are the property of the artists and Hanoi Art Gallery. They may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without permission.
